Weekly Classes
Wobblers
This is a 20 minute class where 18 month - 2 year olds take adventures in fitness.
This imaginative class uses fun equipment, songs, stories, games and chants that help
them develop their social, language, and gross motor skills while moving and exercising
to teach fitness and healthy lifestyles. These activities will increase the children's
fitness knowledge and motor skills.
Stars Fitness
This 35 minute class is for 3 - 5 year olds to experience how much fun fitness can
be! This comprehensive class includes warm-up, cardio, strength training, coordination
work, cool-down and stretching. All the while, having fun on adventures with songs,
equipment, stories and games. Each class concludes with a dynamic discussion on health
related topics, such as exercise, nutrition, hygiene, self-esteem and muscle recognition.
Specialty Classes
Fitness Around the World
All ages can participate in this global fitness adventure. In this 35-minute class,
we learn about exercises and activities that children around the world enjoy.
Fitness Food & Fun
A great in-house field trip! Children will participate in a 35-minute class followed
by a lesson on nutrition and making healthy treats.
Summer Programs
Stretch-n-Grow provides many summer programs. Each session will be focused on either
